Newsflash Apple Freaks! Vista More Secure Than Mac OSX.

Apple OSX viruses

This isnt news to me, but it might be news to those of you living a diluted life under the glow from a glossy Apple LCD.  Read this link, and free your mind:

Vista More Secure Than Mac OSX

And I quote:

I have found the code quality, at least in terms of security, to be much better overall in Vista than Mac OS X 10.4. It is obvious from observing affected components in security patches that Microsoft’s Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) has resulted in fewer vulnerabilities in newly-written code. I hope that more software vendors follow their lead in developing proactive software security development methodologies.

And this article is published in noneother than your precious MacWorld!! Ah, I feel a warmth permating my entire being right now as I imagine the multitudes of Mac freak-zealots simultaneously feeling that universal pang of rage and sadness borne by the realization that you know you’ve been taken for a fool by the one you love.

Please, feel free to comment. Feel free to try and quote another selling point from the Apple marketing ads that have been burned into the EPROM of your brain.

I’m going to cut this one a little short, because I realize it may take a little longer to load the text on your computer that cost about twice as much as mine – as it really has about half the CPU power. Plus I want to give you some time to find a good free OSX antivirus program…good luck:)

  1. You’re just jealous because you don’t have a Mac… Only playing, I hate OSX/love Vista… Long-live Apple Fanboys and the humor they bring…

  2. I know! It’s all the fault of the American educational system…

  3. Bravo! Time to rid the world of applespeak and the myths created by the apple freeks and geeks. Macs break, Macs have viruses, Macs limit hardware and software choices , and Macs cost too much. Oh yeah, and apple users rarely bathe and have that back hair thing going on.

  4. Yeah what’s up with that?? Every dude working at the Apple store looks like a bad clone of David Arquette…:P

  6. Shut up Alpha! Losers like you are destroying the planet with your daily baths!

Mac is the best, except for piss poor battery life in the MacBook Pro model.

  7. Mac sucks ass, and so does Steve Jobs – what a freaking poser.

  8. where to pick up women…

how to pick up women the right way…

  9. Ho hum. What a lot of hot air. Call me when OS-X machines actually succumb to a malware outbreak. I’ve been using OS-X for over five years with no third-party virus protection software installed and have never suffered from any type of malware (other than the Microsoft apps I’ve installed:).

Apple’s software update feature provides regular security updates as necessary. I’m not saying that Macs are inherently immune to attack or will always remain so– just that in reality (where some of us actually reside), security problems are a non-issue.

Funny, I don’t recall Tiger or Leopard having buffer overflow vulnerabilities in their TCP stacks…
